Refund Policy

• Full refunds will be issued in the event of medical reason or relocation. (Proof will be required)
• All other reasons will be refunded less a $25.00 charge for administrative fees until practices begin.
• Once practices begin 50% of your registration fee will be refunded.
• After the first game NO REFUNDS will be issued.

 Registration Methods

 There will be two methods of payment for the Spring Season; online or by U.S. Mail.

 * For Online Registration click the link below, you will NOT need to fill out the Waiver or Registration forms from the links below, they are included in the online registration.  ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

Please make checks payable to SCLC. If you mail in your payment you WILL have to send in a signed Waiver and Registration Form.  You will need Adobe Acrobat to open the PDF documents.  Once the documents are open, you can simply print them off, fill them out, and send them in with your payment
