The Spotsylvania County Lacrosse Club (SCLC) is a non-profit organization working to promote the
sport of Lacrosse by providing youth and high school programs at all skill levels. SCLC is a member of the Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League (NVYLL) and competes against teams from all over Northern Virginia. In the Spring of 2008 SCLC had a U11 Team, U13 Team, U15 Team, and a HS Varsity Lacrosse team.

Current News and Information:
WHAT: The Spotsylvania County Lacrosse Club (SCLC) will hold it's annual Parent's meeting.
WHEN: Tuesday, August 19, 2008, @ 7:00 PM
WHERE: Chancellor Volunteer Fire Co. conference room. The fire house is located on Rte. 3, across from Chancellor Elementary School; west of Gordon Rd)
PURPOSE: This annual meeting will be to nominate/elect board members. All board positions are open, and all are encouraged to participate.
We will also be discussing, among other topics, our financial status, as well as future plans regarding fundraising, off-season programs, and league play.
Remember, this is YOUR club. Things only get done the right way when you become involved.

Parents and Players:
Our final installment of the summer lacrosse academy was yet another great success story. Coach Kevin Broderick (Varsity Head Coach @ Chantilly HS) and Coach Dave Baggetta (Assistant Coach @ Chantilly HS) spent a solid two hours teaching our boys the fundamentals of lacrosse.The evening started out with fundamental stick skills that advanced into some very serious groundball work. This was immediately followed by offensive and defensive drills that stressed the basics while challenging the boys with one on one competitive drills.
What a great way to end our summer lacrosse academy. More photo's will be posted soon!!
