Coaches Education Program - Level 2 Online Course Information

The US Lacrosse CEP Level 2 Online Course satisfies the educational requirement to serve as a coach within the SCLC.

The Level 2 curriculum is the next step in your journey through the US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program-- the first and only standardized, progressive lacrosse coach training available in the U.S.

This course is designed as a progression from the material presented in Level 1. Because the Coaching Education Program builds upon itself, participants must have passed the Level 1 online course test to be eligible to register for Level 2.
This training is imperative for coaches who work with players at the junior high and high school level, or any coach who wants to enhance their knowledge of coaching lacrosse.

Level 2 is designed for coaches who are working with players who have mastered the basics of lacrosse. Upon completing the course coaches will be able to teach their players how to take their game to the next level. In addition, coaches will learn how to maximize player performance by learning the basics of sound nutritional principles, methods of effective conditioning, and ideas about the mental side of the game as recommended in the National Standards for Coaches.

Course Features
• Over 70 minutes of streaming video.
• Tactical animation.
• Over 20 lessons in three schools of study:
Coaching School, Skill School and Tactics School.
• Sample Women's Lesson
• Sample Men's Lesson
• Skill demonstrations by elite players including Kyle Harrison, Danielle Gallagher, Jay Jalbert, Allison Evans and more. Narration by Janine Tucker (Johns Hopkins University head coach) and Tony Seaman (Towson University head coach).

50 plus downloadable drills arranged by skill and tactic
